During Lent, New Orleanians all over often find themselves waiting in long lines at fish fry's and resturants around the city to get their seafood on Friday's. Our owner and founder, Charlie "Tuna" Fontenelle, offered the perfect alternative to waiting in those long lines this past Friday down at the Fox 8 news studio. Tuna and his tailgating partner, Sparky, showcased their two fried fish specials of trout and catfish and how you can make these at home!
